Do you have to phone club and return current tickets and then take a risk on returns
Or can clubdo it over phone or can you hold more tickets on your account then call

I have relocated my season ticket seats for seats elsewhere at the Etihad and done it over the phone but I have never tried for Wembley. I don't think you will have your ticket yet on your phone. It sounds possible but you would have to do it quite quickly while tickets remain. In the FA Cup semi-final sales I had to contact customer services 0161 4441894 option 1 over a problem. You get an automated message and then it tells you your expected wait time (once). When I phoned up my wait time was 40 mins but I think that's variable.
