Seat Counters - 2024/25

The ticket site is just bobbins.
I keep seeing 23 seats in 111, I also keep getting 2 in 108 and 10 in 114 when refreshing, with nothing else showing, which also keep appearing and disappearing?!
Until I eventually get back to the plan showing the level one (118 to 120) and two (214 to 224) seating availability, which I think is what we should be seeing.
I’ve also logged in and no seats show available, until refreshed?!
Those looking to buy won’t necessarily keep refreshing and, if they log in and just see nothing, or a couple of blocks or just the most expensive, they won’t buy.
It’s just crackers.
We should log in and there it is, all the availability.
And, we still get numbers rising and falling in blocks, I presume as FA tickets are returned?!

I can only assume there is a large number of people who have only been to one such FA Cup match.
Data is data but, with 13 such matches, I would have thought the number in the subset would be very small.

They should send an email this weekend with criteria for additional tickets starting on Monday afternoon. As emails are not sent at weekends for ticketing, I sense this wont happen.

They have created just 1 new window for Monday morning. That makes me wonder if the sale will end then. The normal seats will be sold then, if not before, given that only 294 normal seats are now onlne.
 
Could anyone give me some advice regarding contacting the ticket office please? I live in the south these days, so don’t get to many games, I did attend the semi final, and am a match day member. I therefore fit into the final buying criteria, however the semi final ticket is not showing on my profile, I tried to call yesterday, spent 2 hours on hold, then got cut off! I have emailed the club but have yet to get a response. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should film it and post it online and shame the ticket office into how shit it is.

Have you tried Twitter? The ticket office responds to DM on there.

They do reply to emails but it seems to take ages otherwise you just have to sit it out on the phone.

When you do get through the staff tend to OK at dealing with issues. It’s just getting hold of them. The club is no better than when Swales was in charge in some aspects.

Yes of course they are. We hear this crap for every City game at Wembley - good luck to any Palace fans in and amongst 33k Blues. if they are daft enough to resort to this the consequences will be inevitable unless they keep very quiet

If you've only been to 1 fa cup game, your window is not until momday at 10am.

The thing is it's obvious that Ticombo don't actually have those tickets, as the top tier and 99 percent of the lower tier is completely sold out....if you actually try to buy one they won't be able to source it for you as there is none.... it's all bollox and just there to entice you to the club Wembley which they actually might be able to source

I had the same where it wasn't showing a match I had been to in my ticket history, but it still let me in the correct sales window...I rang the club and they said they could see it but for some reason wasn't showing....so hopefully same for you

Surely a last phase on Monday afternoon?
They must in the TO know that people know other people who would like to go.
They ARE people in the TO.
They have done the same for the previous rounds.

Next week will be too late to sell those £285 tickets.
