Seat Counters - 2024/25

Conversation will be similar to , dad I’ve got 3 tickets for Wembley, shall I get them? How much? £750 for the 3….you can £&!& off!!
Mrs - Have you been on the City website, I've heard the cheapest tickets left are £255 which is scandalous?
Him - That's disgraceful
Mrs - What idiot would pay that, anyway what are you looking at?
Him - Oh just a bit of porn.

the thing is it would be easy for the club to avoid that negative PR, by just taking them off sale, putting the sold out signs up and just giving them to ticket partners or whatever
People will judge if it's sold out by sight on the day not bu when the sold out sign was displayed?

Few £125 tickets showing up in 524. I'm just about to release one from my basket as got different ones. Fastest finger first!

more £175 tickets keep popping up on L1, parts of my guess is that it's card payments failing and being put back on for sale, from the players returns

33 £175 seats have just appeared in blocks 104 and 105! More returns I'm guessing

Getting snapped up quickly! So fans are still lurking and hoping to bag cheaper tickets than those rip-off £285/£255 seats

All gone already. Shit loads of demand for tickets still - if the price is right (and I'm not saying £175 is the right price but it's better than £285/£255)
I wonder if some of these lurkers will begin to lose their nerve over the next couple of days and start snapping up some of these level 2 tickets?

There won't be any negative publicity. City have sold 33,000 seats in our 3rd visit to Wembley this season and everyone can see the prices, and where the remaining seats are.
Unfortunately most people on social media don't seem to have any sort of Critical Thinking skills, so they'll hear that we failed to sell out and jump to their own conclusions

Just looked in palace forum and looks like they sold out yesterday about 4pm.
They don't seem to have any issue though with people selling tickets at inflated prices in there though as people are trying to sell tickets for £400 each

no because club wembley/level 2 is always a bit patchy and not noticeable, where as someone going on the site and seeing that there are still tickets for sale, gives them ammunition for their snide articles

They're not bog standard seats. Those £400 ones are Newcastle fans selling their Club Wembley seats as they had to buy for the FA Cup Final as well as the League Cup Final.

I have been looking at that forum - word seems to have gone round that is the places for touts - and to be frank scammers - to hawk their wares. Happens with 'once in a lifetime' events, sadly.

If journalists and fans of other clubs can't understand (more likely fail to acknowledge) how 31 visit to Wembley in just over 14 years makes it prohibitive to keep attending that's on them, don't let it bother you.

You spelt ;wilfully misrepresent' incorrectly
