What are the criteria for being eligible?

As of 1pm:

‘All existing Cityzens Matchday and Cityzens Junior Members (as of 3rd February) who have previously attended a game at the Etihad Stadium’.

Who are the 42k? Also could one of the Seat Counters (capital S, capital C) advise how you can be queue number 42535 but there’s only 40297 ahead of you?

The rest have been and gone so 100 in queue and 20 get sorted you are still no 100 but only 80 left ahead…I think!

This sales window seems to raise a similar question - was the criteria for members too broad? It seems like a similar mistake again, even with the previous attendance history and membership date requirement.

I'm not going to jump on that bandwagon. Demand for this one has surprised even the most experienced seat counter. I was suggesting they should offer an extra ticket to everyone which was miles off. I'd say they've got it about right this time. Fair play.

It's another made up story, that we hear on every Wembley visit and suits their narrative and garners them a few extra clicks.

One of us got in, few blocks in level 5 just look to have opened up, all seats available. Got some on the back row. Cmon city!

My queue time went down to 51 minutes and has gone up over an hour again. My lads aren't getting to this game by the look of things.
