Seat Counters 25/26

Play off means 2 extra games, we can do without!!!

Not sure that the Play offs worked out too well for us, last season though?? :0)

Win or Lose it’s City and we can be on the Booze with the Blues !! :0)

Going for the first time in the
City away end :0(

If I get the ticket collection issue sorted ??!!

Was there in 2016, but amongst the Madrid fans :0(

Hopefully, this time we will take the hand brake off from the beginning?? :0)
Don't worry about the ticket collection. Last year they were at the Etihad for you to collect. Any that weren't collected were taken to Madrid to collect there.

Yeah I'm not disputing the actual format though which I think is better.

It's more that the extra games have diluted the general interest (not just amongst City fans) of travelling to these type of games.
With not all City Supporters being points heavy or able to get tickets for every UCL away game this trip, maybe the only chance some get (ME) to see them before the Knockout out stages???!!!

And it’s Cheap to get there and back :0)

Last year was better Bigger Teams and Bigger Stadiums!!!
Bratislava:0)
Sporting:0)
PSG :0)

So I brought my ticket this morning on a Citizen’s Membership :0)

That's a great point, but on reflection, it also reinforces my wider argument that all the clubs (not just City) are more interested in the TV/Prize Money that the extra CL games provide, rather than any consideration towards the travelling supporters.

I attended all those games that you listed, but whilst Bratislava was one of my favourite trips in years (not least due to the friendliness of the local police), last Season also provided my 3rd trip to Sporting Lisbon, Juventus, and PSG,

I'm pretty sure that all three games went on open sale and I'm not convinced that we sold out for any of them.

It's the same with Madrid this time. We've got an ageing diminishing hardcore who will always travel to the Bernabeu, but 8 visits in 13 seasons is starting to impact.

Mainly due to the low allocation for Monaco and Villarreal, there's a common misconception that we could have sold twice as many tickets, when in reality, most people are waiting to see who we draw in the Last 16

- PSG Sold Out to ST Holders,
- Lisbon Sold Out, although that went on Open Sale
- Juventus didn't come anywhere close to selling out

Same here, showing Leeds not Leverkusen, better update soon or ticket office will be a nightmare to contact ! Anyone got “ City Matters” links to chivvy the club along and avoid even more agitated fans??
My sons says Leeds, whilst mine still says Liverpool - both should say Leverkusen as City have taken the money and we are both in the scheme.

Bratislava and Lisbon were great trips last season.

Madrid is still one of the best trips, purely because of us all gathering in Plaza Major. The bars know the regular travellers and welcome us with open arms. It's noticeable that the stand-off approach from the police in the Plaza is very different to the stadium. I really don't get that. Last season we swerved the match and watched it in a bar.

You going to Bodo mate?
