Seat Counters 25/26

if the club genuinely want to sell tickets then this whole membership bullshit needs looking at, sure have criteria in place for certain games (although the club are the worst at selling to away fans) but the amount of barriers in place are so off putting. All the games go on sale at the start of the season, surely when there is a month to go for games, lift the restrictions and allow season ticket holders, supporter numbers access to the bloody games, it's not hard

Because the kids didn’t have purchase history so it wouldn’t let me assign tickets to them. But found a workaround for Sunderland. As SC holder I just bought 3 extra tickets which came to me as email links which I could send anywhere!
And here's us lot, being sold the yarn, that it's all to do with health and safety reasons.
The hierarchy need to wake up very quickly.

And then you get loads of people crying that there are away fans in the home end. It’s about time some of those people take their share of the responsibility for the ticket restrictions but it never happens.

We were told the regulars were turning up today to sell out the Etihad?

Seems a right fucking faff these days.

It's a football match ffs, not afternoon tea with the King!

This exactly.

Never understood the whingeing. People only need a supporter number, how far back do they go, I have had mine forever.

If there is a Leeds fan Sat next to me I will have a chat to him/her, those who say they are not going because of away fans in the home end leave me puzzled.

While I agree with much of your post, and having sensible away fans next to me doesn't bother me, I could have sold 4 more tickets for Sunderland at home, unfortunately looking for weeks I wasn't eligible despite having 2 season tickets in excess of 33000 points, now because the club cannot sell them I all of a sudden am eligible, but it's too late, the cost of trains , accommodation and the fact it appeared a non starter has meant that City miss out on 4 sales.

Surely if people are crying about away fans in the home section then they must of attended that match.
Its not people take responsibility for restrictions.
Its the club which a senior steward confirmed to me in person especially on champions league games.
They sell to almost anyone without instructions for no away colours in home section then on the very rare occasion they do there job the person gets thrown out.

I suspect they just find a excuse to not go and lump on that excuse.

Tickets going for £20 to £30 mate now.

I think complicating ticket transfers and getting in the ground have been poor. Obviously, some fans have been spoilt with success too. The 10 game rule is fine in theory but should be out on the back burner too.

Some Blues just spend half the year on holiday like @Indaparkside
Judith Chalmers has got fuck all on him! :)

That's because you spend your time watching the team rather than looking for excuses to not watch the team.
