Seat Counters 25/26

Alot of these tickets returned are corporate returns in the 3rd tiers at the back of the east stand and Colin bell. Always rows of empty seats when they send them back
Can usually see a block at the back of 329 from my seat in the East Stand for low key games.

There were rows of empty seats in the north stand today - near the front. It’s been like that all season, for a lot of games. What on earth is going on?

Are they returned corporate tickets? Returned school tickets? Why not put them on general sale?
And do it early, not two or three days before the game.

Or even better, have a data bank of people who live close to the ground who can get there at short notice who can’t afford football and give them away for free!

NSL0 seems to be getting more sparsely populated by the week. Don’t know what’s going on?

City need to be putting more tickets on the official ticket site from earlier than the later releases which are too close to the game.

I think it has to be returned tickets (schools/corporate) that we aren’t selling out.

It’s not individual seats. It’s rows of seats, which mean it can only be because of the club - not because of people missing the game.

You’d think that with them being front and centre, right behind the goal in full view of the TV cameras they’d do everything in their power to ensure that at least those seats are full, but they can’t even be arsed to do that. Those seats are being returned from somewhere, and it’s happening every game.

When I had a nosey at their website the other week it didn’t even look like you needed a membership. It just said tickets are on general sale to all supporters but maybe you needed to buy a membership first or they added that stipulation in after I checked

I think you need a membership. The United lads have a membership each. In the past they only got offered expensive tickets and hospitality tickets by United, which they didn’t buy. Now United are offering cheap tickets because United are shit and the clamour to watch United isn’t there. Even at £50, which isn’t bad, they weren’t tempted.

What I find laughable when I read of empty seats, is the fact that City, in their supposed attempt to sort out ticketing issues, created the 10 game in person criteria, to create a situation where they could get my full seasoncard off myself, and others like me, and force us to accept flexi golds. This despite that for last season, my ticket was used for all of the 19 league games, with some give away for free!

Now the ground is continually under capacity, tickets are dangerously sold willy nilly through 3rd party agencies, and they haven't got a hope in hell of filling the additional 6000 seats they have spent hundreds of millions creating. I, for one, will never attend a City game again, and in one greed ridden swoop, they have swept away hundreds, if not thousands of lifetime REAL Blues in their attempt to milk every penny from every seat, to only now be left with more empty seats then there was ever before!

I currently have three people sat behind me two with Galatasary shirts on. No doubt they will be able to get CL ticket in our end. Gonna be a big problem unless City sort their shit out.
There were some in the Colin Bell stand yesterday , might have been the same lads , we said the same about CL tickets .

Loads of people seem to support and English team on top of one from their country of origin or heritage, so who is saying they are not also City supporters?

That is part of Soriano's Local Global Paradox. If you promote the club to any fans world wide, don't be surprised when they come.

Good luck to them, the club make the rules and they have followed them.

They were openly wearing Gala shirts at a City game .

I sit in 119 in the South Stand and it's noticeable when looking across the pitch, (just prior to the teams coming onto the pitch) that half a small block of seats in the North Strand towards the corner flag always remain vacant
This seems to happen at virtually every home game and whilst occasionally they fill up, these seats never seem to feature on the Ticket Map.

Are these seats reserved for the Ticket Office Staff or Stewards etc?
