Seat Counters 25/26

124 now!!
I reserved some through the OSC, confirmed on Christmas Eve. I looked at my reservations again last night and there was nothing there. As there were less than 50 tickets left I bought two on my supporter number and went on to sell out before midnight.

Of course, an email came though this morning to say I now have two reserved.

So who knows if the reserved seats are out of the blocks already sold or not?

Based on sales today, I think the club can fairly confidently hand back 2 of the blocks to Newcastle and hopefully push to sell the current block and the next block along over the next week

any away game that doesn't sell out should be rewarded with 100 loyalty points for those that attend, an incentive to climb the ladder, the loyalty points situation is crazy, and i say that as someone who can get every away ticket. People need rewarding for the hard sell games, home and away
Should reward points for all home games attended (PL, CL, FA, LC) so those that don’t miss a home game have a chance of closing the points gap. If you award points for away attendance the usual away people will just get further away
Also scrap the 10 game rule

That’s why I would award them for games that make general sale, or don’t sell out

Great that Exter is already effectively a sell out. Price, big away support and Saturday afternoon makes the difference.

Meanwhile c4500 available for Brighton tomorrow. Late exchange listings have exceeded sales in the last few days. Still 200+ £30 tickets available which surprises me somewhat.
City will get the sale anyway if they don’t shift on the exchange as the owner gets nothing back when that happens. Probably close to a sell out but lots of no shows. To be fair the weather is terrible in many areas and transport is shite.

January is a torrid time to spend cash for many families

Hope you enjoy it. Newcastle is great and, with cheap tickets, there will be lots of young fans and a great atmosphere. I reckon we will sell all nine blocks by next week so we will have our usual fantastic away following.
Completely agree.
Newcastle & Sunderland away are 2 great trips.
The locals are friendly, some superb pubs and it's not really that far.
It's a bugger getting to the top tier at Newcastle though - make sure all you old fogies use the lift...

Very long time since I've seen tickets available in every single block the day of a Premier League game...
Great effort by those who are making it tonight, with expensive time of year, bad weather, midweek fixture. Seriously though...same issues will arise next year but with 7,000 extra seats.
