Seat Counters 25/26

Those £150 tickets appear to be shifting a bit quicker than I expected
The only point of concern regarding these seats for me, is that there's usually about 1,500 of them all together however there was only 400 at 10am today. I'll be interested to know what the clubs plans are for these

There absolutely is.

Someone on 25k etc should not be losing out on their choice of seat to someone just over 15k because of the speed of getting in the queue or how tech savvy they are.

There were also SC allocations downstairs so I think that combined accounted for a lot of the cheap lower. From 10 below behind the nets it was pretty much corner flag blocks but more like 5 and below and few pairs. Unless more was added after half 10 I left the site then.
There is no. points awarded for cup games, being in the cup scheme is the priority, in. my opinion. all cup schemers should get to. buy imediately points acurred over years of mainly through league games shouldn't count, going to this years cup games only should

I presume its still looking good for season card holders to buy extra on Friday?
I wouldn't like to call it at this stage. If sales continue at close to this pace, our initial 32,000 allocation could sell out to members on Thursday. If we get an extra couple of thousand tickets - as usually happens - that could be the saviour for those looking to buy extra tickets

Yeah, there could be hundreds more to add in but I think over 50% of what was available in that section to have sold on the first day isn't too bad going

Quick question for the cup final seat counting experts.
I know that extra tickets appear like clockwork for FA Cup finals when they get returned by various factions of the ‘FA family’. Does this happen to the same extent for League Cup finals?

I think around 16k-17k left is a fair bet, although remember theres still a few more Level 2 tickets to go on sale.

This has been a much quicker start than either of the last 2 fa cup semi finals, although no where near as quick as the Rag FA Cup finals. The fact that the club have put 5 additional blocks on sale already tells us that they agree.

I agree with you this looks like a sell out to me, however we both know that Wembley seat counting is never this simple. There'll be plenty more twists and turns before this ones over.
It's a huge game given that us and Arsenal are both going for the quadruple. Its also a classic North v South battle with the extra edge from many recent matches and the fact that the rival fans hate each other. It is also Pep v his former protege and the whole event lays down a marker for the title run-in. This is not run-of-the mill League Cup Final (if there is such a thing). I can't wait for it.

Sounds like something Peter dury would say

Yes but less so. Fewer are offered to FA clubs, which is why the allocation is bigger.

There are a lot less hangers-on at League Cup Finals which, in my view, always have better atmosphere than modern FA Cup Finals.

Yes agreed, expected more than 600 people though.
I waited until just now to buy my tickets so I didn’t have the faff of waiting in a queue.

Surprised to see the usual block and row I like to stand for Wembley finals was not available but I got one on the same row in the next block.

For last season’s FA Cup final, I waited a few days so I could buy tickets with my mate who want in the Cup Scheme and we both got tickets in the block+row we usually do and there were a number left around that area.

These seem to be shifting better than the FA Cup final.
