Seat Counters 25/26

Was just thinking earlier that if we get more tickets then they should first go on sale to those who qualified at 1pm today - members with purchase history - before it opens up further. Also, by selling out before the last window opened, it puts paid to the theory that "anyone who wants one will get one". Demand has far exceeded supply for this match
And thats with a approx 50% take up from season ticket holders

It’s a final, against good opposition and most importantly the tickets are well priced in the main. Of course it was going to sell well.

If we were playing someone lower down the league it might be a different story

This is the point where that total becomes dynamic, as there are lots being put on the Seat Exchange as well as being bought. Not many will have done either today so far as there were massive queues for Wembley tickets.

it's really irritating seeing so many seats on resale sites.
Is it reasonable to assume that there is quite a bit of touting going on, if you accept what Marvin posted from the club about Galatassaray fans getting tickets from Matchday members? The (relatively) low official prices for this fixture, plus demand exceeding supply, would make this a profitable game to tout.

Mine has just sold. I remember during Wembley sales that were dragged out in the past if i put a ticket onto the exchange in that period it didn't sell.

I presume the resale sites secretly own many memberships and season cards to all the big clubs and have a system in place to buy them. If you're selling a £100 Wembley ticket for £350 it's a simple business model.

But they had to have been to a match a the Etihad too to qualify for the 1pm window today. Are you saying they do that too? Maybe for 1 or 2 memberships but for 10s/100s?
