Seat Counters 25/26

And that's why ticket sales are through the roof
No need to try and be smart. The price you have quoted, of £57 for a Dad and lad, seems very good value to me for two people. The reasons for it not selling or "not going through the roof" are more complex as we all know - access, memberships, membership prices, City making it more difficult to buy tickets over a period of time etc.

I completely agree. For me to sit in my seat with my lad it'd cost me £77.50. Like someone else has already said, people have just simply run out of money.

No, it's not. It's the fault of the club for allowing it to happen. Repeatedly.

Where it is the competition's fault is the unnecessary expansion of the competition to try and squeeze as much money from it as possible. There used to be a break between November & February and now it's played all year, I'm sick to death of it to be honest.

it is the clubs fault, but some blame needs to go towards UEFA. They are infact the ones who demand the home teams allow a small number of away fans in the home section (not just the posh seats)

Club should do £25 tickets if not sold out by the end of the week. Fill the place and get it rocking
It should have been £25 for cup scheme members, and £30 for those not on the cup scheme. Once again the club is thinking about ticket revenue instead of filling the Etihad. Yes, it might sell out at the current ticket prices?

I suppose some fans might be hanging on for the result of the first leg before committing.

Going to be an interesting seat count after 4pm - I'm not making any rash predictions this time!
I don't think it will be mega busy with the limited time since being announced and lack of emails / texts letting people know.

My rash prediction is that hardly any will be sold this next window. Are there many members who want to go who have not been to another CL game? I'm going to guess less than a thousand by this time tomorrow.
