They have everyone's email address if you have an account/profile/supporter number. Due to their policy of letting you have multiple accounts on one email then changing their mind and deleting your email. Same for kids too, U13 can't have their own email, but a decade later the club tries to force them to.

Crazy if it doesn't sell out. My cousin stopped going with her family 2 years ago when these daft memberships started. Family of 5. Would buy tickets for the 5 of them for this game if she was allowed too. Has purchase history going back a decade, Manchester postcode.
