Sorry..wrong place i know but have got my ticket on Flexi cup scheme..bought 2 more for mates..when i download to wallet..the 2 extra tickets download ok..but mine wont..if worst comes to worst..i wd be ok to go to ticket office and they would be able to give me printout ticket or barcode to get in yes?thanks

Yes the ticket office will sort this for you as long as you have an audit trail of your purchase. The ticket office / fan support are very good. It’s often a case of lions led by donkeys.

As I say as often as possible ask for a plastic season card they will give you one always had mine and cup games are just automatically on it of enrolled etc. The club should offer plastic or digital to everyone if enough demand it they may just do it aks for plastic Blues!

I have but they dont work for me anyhow,for cup games..

Just ring them tomorrow and they’ll sort it out for you. Better than arsing around on match day, especially as it’s an early kickoff. I once had a similar issue for a Liverpool game and missed the first 25 minutes. The 5-0 one actually.
