Do Wembley insist that blocks are sold before opening new ones?

From a viewing perspective, I'd have thought it looks better with people in all blocks but some not being full rather than a large section of blocks completely closed

Do you not think its a factor in why people aren't going?, and one that doesn't change based on yesterday result so the comment I was replying to of " After yesterday how could anyone not want to go?" is irrelevant

If you close blocks you need fewer stewards and staff on the concourse.

I don't read anywhere of people taking the piss out of Brentford being unable to sell 3k tickets for a Saturday 5.30ko especially as they are in with a shout of a European place yet we sell 22.5k for a 5.30ko in London and we have a shit fanbase.

That's the first time this has ever happened to us.

The only time it ever happened the other way around was the Wigan final when we got loads of their tickets, maybe 10,000+.

Presumably that match would have had the most City fans that we have ever taken to Wembley. Shame it was such a shit day.
