Seat Counters 25/26

Not for finals though. This is the first time this particular instance has occurred.

Not sure i have always remembered supporters clubs getting tickets for finals but the booking criteria for those who miss out may have changed.

You are way off with your figure.
For every away match they get 20% of the allocated tickets
For a normal away match when we get a 3000 allocation they get 600 tickets
For somewhere like Bournemouth they would get approx 200 tickets.
For this match at Wembley they would have got 5800 tickets approx.

I'm in 1 of the biggest supporters club and our tickets are minimal

The contrast in demand between chelsea and soton makes me think the 25K we sold for the semi was actually a fantastic turn out. In my immediate network of match going blues, (12), I was the only one who went to the semi. The other 11 were just not arsed. Now all of them are going to the final and half of them are on the look out for additional 'spares'. I know statically its a minute sample but I genuinely believe the demand is at least x4 for chelsea. I just hope that all those who went to the semi and want a final ticket get one...

My issue is with the OSC, why are they allowing supporters who have very little history etc, jump in front of supporters who have attended and have greater rights to getting tickets ?, it's totally wrong and they themselves know this, why ? they are acting against MANCHESTER CITY supporters, I don't believe the OSC was set up to do this ?. If this isn't the case please someone on Blue Moon correct me.
Absolutely The simple solution is that OSCs should get no tickets for any game whatsoever and each individual made to get their own based on points and schemes.

Exactly these were the 'newer' fans taking up the slack and it was a fantastic turnout, I thought it was an especially young crowd as well...on the train back to Kent I saw three young families with young city fans, where you could see the parents weren't city fans, made me think these are the youngsters that would have supported Liverpool in the 80s and United in the 90s

I can mirror this with my group of pals mate. 11 of us that go to pretty much every away game, yet only 2 of us went to the semi final. They'll all be at the final.

It’s understandable though and I don’t think those people should be condemned. It’s why semi finals shouldn’t be at Wembley, as Ducker stated.

It’s £200 a pop at least to attend, probably more these days, and a full day out. You might only be able to do 1 or 2 of these trips per season. Drawing a championship club in a semi, with a high chance of reaching the final, is always going to mean a significant number of people will chose the final and wait to complete the only trip to Wembley they can afford.

As a reverse of that, I chose to go to the semi final because I knew any family members who wanted to come too could be there, and made a weekend of it and had a great time. For the final, only I’d be able to go on my own, and the same seat would be a mere £175 I think plus other costs.

It is what it is, no drama from me. Everyone’s circumstances are different.

Now selling faster than the Palace final. I think there's going to be very few, if any left for matchday members.
So City fans have forked out about £1m in ticket sales already.

It's ridiculous when you take into account another £2m (ish) for the League Cup and semi.

Anyone who has the brass neck to question our support should be on the receiving end of a proper good twatting.

Ta.

We had a great turn out in the semi final, all things considered.
Of course we had the usual media coverage
going on about empty seats as if we had no fans there, giving the impression our end was empty. In reality we had around 25k turn up, think of that number and take into account our many visits there in recent years, not exactly one coach load is it.
Few clubs would better it in the same circumstances.
Well done to the invisable thousands who turned up.

Supportes club I used to be in got every requested ticket for the treble winning cup final . Something like 34 tickets and half hasn’t been all season .

I ended up being kicked out of it as the fella running it was a fucking prick.

Do you think all season card holders will get one if they want one? Got a couple of mates on low points not on the cup scheme.

It's too early to say for definite yet mate.

My gut tells me they should just about be okay.

We're also expecting some FA returns so that will improve their chances.
