Seat Exchange Will it be operational for West Ham?

Its comes to something when even newcatle have got their arses sorted before us.
Does anyone have any news on when the Club will be sorting this or are we going to ditch them and come up some inhouse system with talent(Ironic name if ever their was one)

What used to happen pre seat exchange regarding swapping tickets with fellow fans etc? as I can't make West ham due to work, and if its not sorted my 2 season tickets will be wasted.

i have a season ticket in the south stand but was meant to be going to V fest this weekend but have fucked it off cos i want to watch city and given my season ticket to someone else.. on seat exchange do you need to have a city card or an access card??
