4 weeks lol, but if you buy a ticket your money is taken instantly. All that interest adds up, City seem intent on screwing every penny they can out of their fans.

Sold mine for Palace, the email says :

The funds for this match will be paid direct in to your UK nominated bank account, 45-days after the match has been played.

I sold my seats for Burnley & Palace. It does say 45 days you have to wait but today I've emailed & said you've had the money for my seat twice & if I had returned an item to a shop I would have a refund within 5 working days so why do I have to wait 45 days. They're quick to take the money off you for cup games (two weeks before) but no good at refunding it.

I don’t know the mechanics of how the payments are processed but in the e-commerce era we live in, it defies logic that there isn’t the technology in place to have the cash paid instantly or failing that, within a day or two.
The club is constantly promoting ticket exchange and should be doing everything possible to make it a seamless experience. Making people wait weeks for their money is shoddy customer service and means they’re less likely to use the service in the future.
