Drink driving, assaulting his wife, racially abusing police officers, pissing in the back of police cars, tweeting about police being racist to him when it was him in fact being the racist . Sound sound guy isn’t he. Don’t know what that’s got to do with Rooney though.
 
Only one I can remember is Bojinov in a McDonalds in a services on the way to Bristol, didn’t speak to him but I had a City t-shirt on and he let on.

Met him on platform 14 at Piccadilly station in 95 when he was with Everton. i was waiting for my then bf (and still my partner all these years on) to arrive on the train when i spotted my childhood crush on the platform and made a beeline for him, he was very polite actually when faced with this city fan (wearing the 69 cup final shirt so he couldn't miss) - you could tell he was up for a media career just by the way he chatted confidently and asking what i thought of Brian horton and all stuff like that. My bf thought i was very excited to see him as he stepped off the train, til he realised it was cos i'd just spoken to the god that was Andy Hinchcliffe (i am fully over that crush now btw before you ask!)

Walked past Martyn Margetson outside HMV on Market Street, on a match day on the way to the bus to maine rd (me not him!) - felt for him a bit cos he wasn't injured, just not in the squad anymore.

Plenty of other player tales, pooing toddler calling me away so have to go (7th of the day!)

Have the odd beer or meal with Nicky Summerbee and shared a table at a club with Nigel De Jong the other week.

Apart from that, not so much.
 
Had a chat with Mike Summerbee in the Wetherby services car park on the A1.
He said he'd just bumped into Dennis Tueart who then drove by in the biggest Merc you've seen, just about peering over the steering wheel.
DT 1 if I recall.
