Looks like this sham of an organisation will be in charge of our tickets this season.

If the distribution of CS tickets are anything to go by then it looks like we're going to have problems.

What's happened to ticketline? They are Manchester based so got my away tickets 2 days after I ordered...I got my CS ticket 6 days after I ordered.

Anyone know why we've fucked ticketline off?

My tickets came within 2 days.

Unlike my Blue Membership which was signed up for on the day of release and still awaiting with Swansea match getting closer and closer ....

I didn't have any problems with them this time with ordering online, had my tickets 3 days after ordering. come to think of it I've not had a problem relating to City ticketing before. Mind you, previously I have just bought in person for everything except activating my card for home cup games which was done online.

They obviously offer city a better deal. That they aren't based locally isn't really relevant as they aren't required to be and it doesnt affect the service they give.

phoned for bolton tickets on wednesday at half 8 but said he couldn't sell me any until 9am. this was see tickets, i believe they got the contract as there phone lines are able to handle a larger volume of calls, now you get that automated voice telling you what place you are in the queue etc which is better and give you an idea on whether to hang on or not (this is what feedback they got from last season with regards to the phone lines), where as ticket line had some goal commentary on loop by that ferris guy and usually got cut off.

did spurs this morning online, good that there is no booking fee, saved me a fiver as was getting two, only thing you have to watch is that you don;t always get two tickets together, 1st attempt was 30 seats away from each ticket, waited a few hours and tried again and get 2 next to each other.
