Are we going together? You can give me a lift if you want.

Haha, I just meant that it won't sell out before all people on the Cup Scheme who want one have got one.

I was joking about the lift. ;-)

Good news about the Cup scheme. I was in two minds about whether to join it or not because I'm in 216 and I get moved somewhere automatically. Thankfully I did and the view in 204 was great with some decent Lads around me too.
I know you were joking! Personally I reckon there will be about 6000 tickets left on the 3rd of April when the non cup schemers above 4000 points go free for all. Que the mcfc website crashing and 2-mile queues outside the ticket office!

So if you have 8000pts for example you have to wait until cup scheme members have first dibs?

Yes. Basically.

Personally, I'd have thought someone with 8000 points would be on the FA Cup out of habit. If midweek matches are difficult because of work or location then the weekend FA Cup clashes would be fine. I'll look forward to reading everyones point of view.

You can't do that for any away match bumping up a child's ticket online.

But why cant we purchase over the net..they can easily see both mine and my lads status.
He only has 2500 yet I have over 7500 so for this reason I am charged an extra 2.50 per ticket and have to sit on the phone all day

We have this problem all the time for away games, we've been told that many different reasons why they can't do it, I've given up asking mate.

It's no problem.I am just happy I can get him one on Tuesday with myself. Just hate sitting on the phone all day and I am at work so will have to do some ducking and diving

If the tickets online and in person are being sold from the same system then the people queueing up might miss out whilst everyone online wades in!

Peoff-I thought it is just online or via telephone. It clearly states purchasing from the ticket office is not happening

Please note, tickets will not be available to purchase or collect ‘in person’ at the Ticket Office for this match.*

Lifted from the website..Online or phone only

Ahh yes, I saw that but it didn't register! It says this :
Phone lines are open 24-hours, 7 days a week.
Does that mean that you could phone at 23:30, get through at 00:01 and buy your ticket on the day yours becomes available?
