Sept to Jan what can we expect

Come the January window i expect us to be in 5th/6th and only a few points behind 2/3/4th.Chelsea will be miles infront.
A couple of signings in January(Attacking midfield would be nice) and then a push until the end with a 5th place finish.Semi final in both cups.

I reckon we'll be in the top 5 or 6 up until christmas, it's difficult to judge us though until we've played some decent sides.
Losing Adebayor & Toure to the African nations cup in January could knock us off our stride though

looks like we may be spending in jan then :)

I'd put good money on us not making a major signing in the Jan. window. For a start top top quality don't move in the middle of a season. Also this squad of players looks the bollocks to me and they need to be given the chance to do the job, so forget the Jan. window. We will use it to get rid of Benjani, Petrov and Garrido probably, as they will not get a game with the players we have to pick from now.

We have a great squad now just need a manager to match and we can win the league!

or...

Now that we have a squad to match our manager, lets push on and enjoying finding out just how good we are/aren't. It's not just about trophies for us (this year at least), it's about having a great season.

Santa Cruz might be fit by then and Kompany can replace Toure !

All depends if there is someone out of contract in the summer or if someone is unhappy etc.

We will be third when January comes. Third at the end of the season.
2010 -11 premiership is in the bag!

In January the league will look like this:

1. Chelsea
2. Manchester United
3. Manchester City

...and that's pretty much the way I think it'll finish. Next season you'll be closer to the top in my opinion. I feel you'll get new pacey full backs in Summer 2010 and eventually a new manager which will lead to a title win.
