We're only in trouble if the referee lies and says he didn't see it.The only way the panel can debate it is if Mariner didn't see it. Well he was looking straight at them so he must have seen it.
Reid goes down clutching his face when any contact was with the forearm and his chest. Not excusing Aguero, but that's not worthy of a red.
To be fair to Reid he made no appeal to the referee and didn't complain as he went off - nor did any West Ham players.
it also makes no sense for Reid to then go off early, leaving West Ham with 10 men, and then get subbed off when he's their captain and best CB - even if there was going to be a tactical change there's no way Bilic would sub Reid.
From the sky replays it looked like Aguero's hand just caught Reid in the Adam's apple/windpipe.
Hopefully this! The derby will be the most thrilling one since a couple of years. City vs United, both going for the title, Mou vs Pep, Aguero vs Ibrahimovic. Can't see anyone in the FA being interested to ban a star player.
