To be fair, he wouldn’t for me either, although I suppose it would depend on who he was playing for. I can’t recall a more iconic moment in the top league than Sergio’s for us against QPR, maybe Michael Thomas’ goal for Arsenal is the only one that comes close. I’d be happy to see him doing well, but I’d hate to see him scoring against us.Sergio wouldn’t ruin his legacy if he signed for another prem team, not for me anyway. I would actually enjoy still watching him in the prem every week. Did Chelsea fans have a problem with Lampard playing for us? I can’t recall so.
edit: someone’s just reminded me that the rags put a statue up of Denis Law after what he did. I think I’ll admit defeat on this one. :)
