I thought RSC was the new messi when I was going over his youtube vids (when we signed him)

I'm really looking forward to seeing Sergio Aguero make his Manchester City debut at some point during the Community Shield. The Argentina striker should really enjoy Wembley's big pitch and hopefully give us a first taste of some of his excellent qualities. He is a great signing.
TEVEZ MARK II
If money was no object - it isn't for City - and you had to choose someone to replace Carlos Tevez, this is who you would go and buy. He has a lot of the same qualities: the way he runs at his opponent when there is almost no space, he can shuffle the ball between his feet then release it intelligently or go for goal himself. He's a mix between Tevez and Liverpool's Luis Suarez because he's so devastating in front of goal and plays as if he is back on the dusty streets in Argentina.
MR INTELLIGENT
He's got great imagination. He looks like he was born to run at people and he's so intelligent with it. He takes the defenders into areas they don't want to go then darts past them into the spaces they've left behind. If he wants to go right, he'll drag the defenders to the left then quickly change direction. Defenders are scared so follow him there but then leave gaping holes. Also look out for his free-kicks - he scored a great one against Chelsea two years ago.
CATCH ME IF YOU CAN
He's very fast - quicker than Tevez, although he'll do well to work as hard for his team as Tevez does. That pace means he can play on the last defender's shoulder. He reminds me of Romario a bit. It was like he had ABS brakes when I played against him - one second he'd come off you to take the ball at his feet; the next he was gone behind you. It looks like Aguero has those attributes, too, but is a bit stronger than the Brazilian. With that type of player, it's best to try to keep his back to goal so he can't hurt you as much.
CLINICAL FINISHER
For Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic, my advice would be: get tight to him but don't dive in because if you do, he will be away. He will nick it through your legs or flick it around you. And if he is through on goal, he will score from any angle. He can hit a thunderbolt, provide a deft touch over the keeper or just arrive in the right place at the right time. He's got good imagination in front of goal and good movement in the box.
CAN HE SETTLE?
Let's not forget, though, that it won't be that easy for him to settle in straight away, as Argentine players haven't always had such a great track record in this country. Yes, Ossie Ardiles and Ricky Villa did well but Hernan Crespo and Juan Sebastian Veron never really settled and Carlos Tevez had the advantage of time at West Ham and Manchester United before he played for City. But Aguero seems grounded, has said the right things and doesn't seem bothered about whether Tevez stays or goes. Either way, he wants to succeed.
A PROPER GALACTICO
This is a massive coup for City and the Premier League because Aguero is the type of player we would expect to go to Barcelona or Real Madrid in recent seasons. It shows you the pulling power of City and their fans must be in seventh heaven. Someone like him coming here has got to make all our players better. Young players at City will love watching him and copying him and defenders will learn a lot playing against him. He'll be giving big defenders like John Terry, Chris Samba and Zat Knight a very tough time.

He may have a head like a melted welly, but he knows what he's talking about.
