Maybe someone could commision a TV series where Sergio critiques Italian restaurants in various post-industrial mill-towns. Surely BBC3 would be interested.

Royton has changed, mind. Did a lot of my late teens/early 20’s drinking there and what a shit Hole it was. Very different now. A couple of very good restaurants, pubs have brushed up and even has a gin bar and everyfink. Can just see Aguero there, nursing a Martin Millers in his City hoodie.
