Absolute City legend. Enjoy it whilst he is still here. Same goes for Silva.

There’s a few names you could mention as a legend, but with the likes of Kompany & Zaba you feel we were their best option and it worked well for all parties.... but with Serge & Dave it’s different in my opinion,

To put in a potential 9 & 10 years at our club without a peep or a moan, when they are both true world class players and could of played for any club in the world is unbelievable really, we owe them a lot! Get a statue of the pair of them up now!

You can't underestimate the part Vinny has played, not as mind blowing as Sergio's 93:20 goal but his goal against the Rags in the 1-0 was the point when all the fans and players had the belief to think we could win the title.
 
What an absolute privilege it’s been having this man play for our club as long as he has. Wouldn’t it be brilliant if he could be part of a CL winning team in Madrid next May? Wouldn’t it be even better if he stayed another season thereafter and won POTY, to finally give him the wider recognition in this country he deserves? Both long shots, I know (especially the latter) but ten years ago we were heading towards administration and now look at us. What a decade it’s been.

Why would anybody begrudge arguably our greatest ever player to go back to his boyhood club after giving his best 10 years for us. It's the equivalent of me playing for Barcelona for 10 years and winning loads but wanting to come back and play for my beloved blues. Absolute legend who has never caused the club a moments aggro and given 100% all the time he's worn that famous sky blue shirt. He deserves this.

I’m of a certain age when it was king Colin and franny and buzzer who floated my boat then came along Dennis then down hill for 40 odd years of crap till we won the lottery and we started getting the best players I’ve seen since before mentioned. Has I sit at a bar overlooking the beautiful mar menor I can’t help giggle to myself that in my latter years i can finally say fuck off u rag and dipper twats cos we are boss.
 
An absolute legend. Hopefully th club are planning for his leaving both in the way we give him send off and in terms of how we replace him. It will be sorrow tinged with excitement as a new chapter int he club history starts as they are huge boots to fill......It will be interesting as Pep will be nearing the ned of his contract as well so replacing Kun will be a decision that will have to take that into account as well.
 
We’ll give him an amazing send off when the time comes. Then, the week after he will slate pep saying he has a problem with all South American players, especially Argentinians.
 
Some “massive” boots will need filling the day serg goes, an absolute ledgend who deserves a statue just for the 92:30, going back to his debut that 2nd hlf was just WOW!! superstar from the off, the best striker the prem’s ever seen & stats back it up!! ;)
 
Hope he goes till 2021. There's something special about 10 years with one club. Or maybe that's just the mathematician in me that loves round numbers. I was shattered that Zaba only made 9. Was the right decision in the end though.

If you’re such an inveterate mathematician then surely you shouldn't be so slavishly wedded to such a human construct as base ten?
