I expect that'll be less true in the near future. The gap between the top and the rest in the Premier League is being squeezed. Expect more results like today's in the years ahead.6 times is about the maximum you can afford to lose in order to win the title
Tonight is shit no Sky Sports no MOTD and no Sunday Supplement tomorrow, like someone stated earlier. But tomorrow afternoon takes me into next game territory and this weekend will be confined to the statistics book. Only niggle that lingers is the injury situation. If a key player as picked up an injury it doubles the pain. How managers cope I will never know.
Sorry to hear about your depression. Hope you get better soon. All of it,i suffer with depression and football really affects my mood,as he said it shouldn't but it does
My Mrs (a red dipper) knows better than to ask. And vice versa to be fair.Barely spoke a word to my missus (Spurs fan). To be honest, I have barely communicated with anyone since around 2.30pm. The missus asked if she could watch motd. I gave her look and said, "What do you think? Can't you watch it downstairs?" She stormed off.
Pathetic really but I am a terrible loser. Always have been.
So you are using a football team as a form of medication? That's a very risky strategy to take if you don't mind me saying
Of course I want to see us win every game, and I am disappointed that we lost today, but a little perspective is needed here

I know where you and other are coming from but I still maintain that it is a very risky strategy to pin your happiness to something you can not control because as we have seen over the past few weeks shit happens! We have no control over the way most things turn out and that includes the results of football matchesTo be honest I have been looking for perspective in life rather than the blue's results. I used to be worse, now I'm down for a much shorter timescale. The wins though are much stronger in terms of how I feel. Not sure I'm making much sense here.
