The US authorities are being aggressive with this as they will be hosting the next world cup seemingly so they now have a vested interest in shutting these sites down. They won't ease up on this either now they have a dog in the fight.

Interestingly a judge here in Alicante has just ruled it’s not illegal to retransmit football matches in bars etc after one establishment who were being prosecuted by La liga won their case. No appeals either.
