Interestingly a judge here in Alicante has just ruled it’s not illegal to retransmit football matches in bars etc after one establishment who were being prosecuted by La liga won their case. No appeals either.

It’s a bit of a relief tbh, certainly unexpected. There were huge fines being threatened and a fair few who were prosecuted in the past can now try and claim back any monies paid out.
I’d have been sleeping on the beach I reckon had any of my places been caught out over the years! Haha!
