I would play all of possible reserves due to upcoming weekend more important match. Better to lose against Sevilla ,than win Sevilla and draw against Spurs

Interesting selection that. A bit left field in some ways but quite like it. I’m surprised you’ve kept Walker in. After today I’d honestly rather bring Ake in to your selection at CB and play Stones at RB.

Much as I’ve been critical of some of Foden’s play this season, I’d be happy if we give him another start Tuesday, but if Palmer is fit enough bring him on sooner rather than later if Foden is having another ineffective game.

Gomez would be up against Jesus Navas the left I suppose.

Our main objective this season. We will not piss about in this game.

I expect we will see the best of city in this tournament this season. Todays game will have us fired up

Sevilla are not performing this season. Fans want the manager out I don't think they have won yet in La liga and are also in the bottom of the table. They struggle defensively. Losing Kounde has had a major impact. Right now they are sitting 17th in La liga and their performances have not improved.

If we can’t beat this extremely poor side then we have a serious issue. Pep needs to give the other squad members a chance and play them…..can’t do worse than that 11 he selected against Villa.

On to the next one. Sevilla's form so far is poor but they are still a Champions League club playing at home so it is not going to be completely cut and dry game.
