Bloody hell actually won a shoot out. Deserved after really positive second half. First half I was beginning to feel sorry for travelling fans. Who made a great noise btw. Far rather win this than the noddy community shield. Well done boys. Currently holding just the four trophies then. Dreamland.

We've played better, in fact we usually do, but I'm not about to tell people how hard they sound run in 30 degree heat.

Fair play to Seville, played many a worse team who've been snidey or arsey, they weren't. I may be influenced by the quality of their lady fans.

the game performance shows what we are missing hugely and that is creativity......with KDB and Gundo we are really lacking....our wide players don create and havent really for a while but without the creativity in the middle we then start to struggle.

Of course the end result is all that matters and we won another trophy but what that shows about the coming season is that Pep has some problem solving to do...we need to replace KDBs creativity and goals and we need to replace Gundos creativity and goals....Kovacic as much as he adds other qualities does not add these qualities.

Yeah we won a glorified friendly, which really serves no purpose other than to allow Uefa to make more money, and to increase the number of games we have to play.
