Has to be said he denies everything but then in his statement he will be seeking treatment to help him reform his attitudes - that to me is the first step in reforming the discussion making himself out to be the one needing help and thus he is the victim too in all this.

Looks like John Barrowman got away with his behaviour because he was gay.

Sort of, but also possibly because it wasn't sexual. Don't get me wrong, in any other walk of life you'd be fired for getting your dick out at work, but it seems like Barrowman was doing it for laughs, whereas Clarke allegedly had more sexual predator vibes about him.

Kinda like how this isn't sexual harassment...



...even though he's technically getting his dick out in front of people who haven't consented (and who knows, maybe he didn't actually get it out at all).

The difference there is that it was filmed in front of witnesses and done for comic effect, almost certainly using something to cover his parts. Barrowman was pranking people in private and that's not right, not after what has gone on before at the BBC. Exposing yourself to individuals isn't normal behaviour.
