Good news ADJ, thanks for the info. Now i'll wait for the official unveilling; and rest assured I won't be back on here looking to rape or pillage (the counselling sessions are helping). Even it falls through at the last minute ;-)

A guy who works at my place, his brother is best mates with Mark Hughes, i was told about Hughes holding out for Chelsea in Summer but didn't think it would happen and he was coming to us instead. I was shot down for stating the obvious, i never want to feel that hurt again ;-(

Me and Simon le Tom got corporate tickets and the "source" got us into the player's lounge.

If Given doesn't join us then he is a big billy bullshitter and winding me up, although i can't see that happening. The only thing puzzling me about this is we have heard fuck all about Given signing since the £3m bid and i'm wondering why no-one even has a sniff of this.

He might sign tomorrow, he might sign on the last day i don't have a clue

Don't know if its done and dusted but we have put a bid in, he wants to come as he is fed up with Newcastle and likes what he hears, but we can't go any further until Newcastle come back to us with a responce. Whether thats happened today, i'm not sure.

I can back Anton up on this (his source, not the rumour) - the fella at his work is brothers with a current Newcastle player, although not 1st team.
Sorted us some corporate seats for the 2-2 earlier in the season...
