Would be funny to see them go down, but I've always liked Shearer, and for his sake, hope they stay up. Plus, i've got a bet on that neither Spuds or Newcastle would get relegated.

Anyone who turned baconface down TWICE can't be all bad! However, I would "luv it" if they did go down,just to see all those shirtless geordies sobbing like babies. As someone else has already said, a big win for the Loony Toons and a late, fluky (own goal?) win for Hull, please!

I think it would probably do them good to go down. They'll be forced to get rid of all of the overpaid dross that has got them into this position and start again. If they stay up (barring a takeover) I can't see them fairing much better than they have this season.
