What I like about us at the moment is how hungry we look. We are desperate to win and everyone is putting in a proper shift. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a defender as focused as Dias, he was shouting his head off last night at 80 minutes. His determination not to concede last night was there for all to see.

The rags put a lot of effort in at the weekend to beat the dips & Sheffield actually won a game, ok only v Plymouth but a win is a win and will hopefully breed confidence.
