I think there is more to this than first meets the eye and there are some hidden messages in this post.
Mr Bluesky is protecting his sources so he has not used the sheikhs actual name but Sheikh Ali Hamdan Ali is an anagram for 'Hi I am a halal skinhead'. So what Mr Bluesky is trying to tell us is that a hardman from ADUG will sack hughes.
He also cleverly uses a suite and price that doesn't exist pointing us to the fact that all other ITKs have beens false and that whereas we might want want a 'Presidential Suite at £3,600' (Kaka) we will in fact get a single room over the disco with no breakfast (Bellamy).
Mr Bluesky (anag) to Rub my Elks could just be a sexual metaphor but I don't think so because lose wrongly spelt as loose (rhymes with Moose). Now Elk and Moose are two words for the same animal and according to wikipedia an interesting fact about the Moose(Elk) is that when castrated its antlers fall off.
Rather like city at the moment.
