Just a quickie, i had a quick search and couldnt find any answers and dint have time to dig deeper as im at work.
Has any one else had problems ordering online and over the phone for shirts.
Online it comes up with error messages about the security package on the page, and even if i ignore that and get to the checkout (online and phone) my cards all get declined (not a problem with my cards as i have plenty and have been using them throughout these problems).
any one else having problems as it is really starting to fcuk me off, the club is brillian with what its doing for fans (free gigs, free kits for south africa trip etc) but the fundamental things of having a working online shop and decent ticket line is a joke!

i'm having the same probs over here.......never had trouble before ordering with my credit cards off the old site. I remember reading something from another thread post but i can't find it now :/

Had issues doing it online last week so went to the ground on Sunday. I have e-mailed them about it, but no reply as of yet.

Had the same problems. I'm giving up on the online job, saving myself £3.99 and getting it @ the Arndale on the 15th.

Totally agreed - have had the same problem for weeks now.

Not happy - tried many many many times and got the same msgs all the time at the end. I even phoned up and tried to do it over the phone and it still wouldn't accept my card. Never had problems before the new site, and Ive been orderingh stuff online for years.

Got a new card today just logged on to buy and my size is now SOLD OUT!
WHAT THE!!!!

Im not a happy bunny at all...

Anyone know if
1)they are going to make more shirts - surely if they've sold out they will make more?
2)anyone got a short sleeve 36'' home shirt they are willing to sell me... PLEASE!

Cheers from Aus

When I ordered my home shirt the site kept declining my credit card (nowt wrong with it) but accepted my debit card.

For the away shirt I got as far as personalising it but could only enter BLUEBIR and not BLUEBIRD1, didn't have a problem with the home one. Gave up in the end and went to the shop to order!

Sorted the problems this morning, due to the shop not having a recognised security package (i keep getting warning when entering the checkout) credit cards block the transaction. Debit cards do work so you have to choose a visa electron (debit card).
This probably doesnt help overseas fans.

I have the same problem with me Eurocard/Mastercard. City doesnt have security package that Eurocard requires. I've mailed City for ages ago about this, but havent got any answer

Of course there'll be more, don't worry. As good as Umbro now are at designing kits, it seems they are still shockingly shite at producing adequate quantities of them in time for launch dates. This drip, drip, drip arrival of new kit is exactly what used to piss us all off about them last time.
