Shirt quality

Always wash inside an older shirt so pulls are always less likely to happen. With Nike you have a high probability from the off.

slightly of topic but the new kit seems very popular with kids,i see them everywhere plus the amount at the sunderland match was very high ,

Hi, my wife of 40 years went on holiday with her sister and have a couple of questions,
1. What the best washing power to use,
2. What would the washing machine look like,

For a shirt as big as yours, pop down to the laundromat for one of the machines big enough to handle a duvet. Then sit there and looked lost and pitiful and eventually someone will help you.

It's just the shirt in general mate, last seasons was the same.... nike don't half use shit material for their sports shirts. I preferred the Umbro shirts personally.

The Umbro materials were great for lots of use and for supporters, but aren't good at all for playing football in. It wasn't ideal sportswear, a little heavy and very hot.

I think it's opposite for Nike, but they seem to scrimp on anything they can.

When we had Umbro shirts they were fully owned by Nike. The badge doesn't affect shirt quality, the spec will though.

has anyone purchases the "authentic" instead of the replica? (like it the material better, wear better etc?)
-i have a replica USMNT kit and it's kinda taken a beating. Definitely DO NOT put these shirts in the dryer, just hang dry them, that seems to help a lot.

Take it back. If you have washed as instructed, it should not come out damaged after the first wash. These are football shirts, so supposed to be reasonably hard wearing. And for the ridiculous price, they should at least withstand a machine wash ffs.

I'd be taking it straight back

Me too. Looks fierce!

Did you put it in the dryer?
The pulls in the fabric are unavoidable but a 30 degree wash and allowing to dry naturally should prolong the life of the shirt.
Not that I'll be buying any this year, horrible Nike crap.

I actually have a "Chinese fake" Aguero kit from '14-15, thing is still in perfect condition
(probably because it's not the correct Nike material lolz)

Didn't get to one game last season home or away, money just isn't there atm sadly

sorry to hear t

where do i get a AustinBlue mask from.

Aren't they made from the recycled plastic bottle stuff?
I know they can work wonders nowadays with this sort of stuff, but it just makes me think of the terrible shiny, static kits from the 90s.

I have the white with diagonal red/black and the black/grey stripes, wear them both regularly for footy and they still both look fantastic. 2 of the best kits we've had.

At least if we're going to have Nike, can they give us one of these ridiculous kit deals like Adidas give the rags? You know, the one that dwarfs our Etihad deal but nobody complains about or says is dodgy.

It could look a bit like a fridge but with a different kind of door - the washing machine has a window-type door and if you open both doors and stick in yer hand the fridge should feel colder. If yer get 'em mixed up yer carrots will have been washed very well and yer washing will feel a bit chilly and still be dirty. Don't ask me any questions about the microwave.

I think we should be able to take our own plastic bottles to the City Store and swap 'em for a shirt.
