It's only terrorism if the perpetrator is brown and may/may not have a beard.
no its not, but this doesnt seem like there were any political gains. Just somebody that flipped and really f*ckin flipped

What did I jump to conclusions about? I certainly didn't say it couldn't have been an act of pure evil.
All I said was Trump jumped to conclusions without being in possession of the full facts. At the time Trump made his statement, it is highly likely he knew very little about the shooter, if anything at all.
US gun laws are f**ked up beyond belief. It is people like Trump who will continue to sit back and do nothing about the number of people innocently slaughtered year on year across the USA, because it's deemed as unpopular, or too difficult to sort out.

Serious question now,
Would it not be easier to ban the sale of ammunition rather than the sale of guns, given the number of guns in circulation it would be a huge task to recall them all if they were ever banned. However if there was an immediate ban on the sale of ammunition the guns would ultimatly become redundant, obviously this is greatly simplified and there would have to be a major commitment by the government to see this through with very heavy sentences for anyone breaking the rules.
Ok mate, to say that Trump was speculating that this was an act of pure evil made you seem like you just want bash trump. From 0.1 second of the attack it was pure evil. As soon as any credible intelligence was gained, he would have been in possession of it. He is commander in chief, despite his idiocy. (trump bash again)
People have been doing nothing about gun laws for years, its hardly Trump's fault. (Again, Trump bashing) Perhaps you need to read up on the NRA and well, USA in general.
Moving on from this, I thought it would be good to quote the Second Amendment that some American people cherish....
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Is it necessary for one person to own 40 weapons? Isn't a militia rendered non-existent when the government has an army? Land of the free?
The NRA are morons, a guy today stated that Chicago has some of the most stringent gun laws yet one of the highest gun crime rates, so that justifies everyone having guns. They take nothing in to account for the state of society in Chicago, which is horrendous.
Trump* as Commander in Chief is duty bound to protect the citizens of the USA. He's not going to do that by burying his head in the sand over gun law's.
To say it was evil is still jumping to conclusions. Until the facts are known, then it can only be described as a tragic event or a needless act. The guy could have been schizophrenic, of paranoid delusional. If that's the case then he is hardly evil; just mentally ill. That is the point I was trying to make. Trump (pardon the expression) was shooting before asking questions. Anyone who opens their mouth without thinking after such a tragic event deserves bashing.
*insert any president from the last 100 years.
Isn't there a book depository on that floor? There are some videos circulating the net that appear to give evidence that he was not alone and shots were being fired from the 4th floor at the same time.
