Why don't goal keepers wear caps any more when they are being dazzled by the sun?

They often do but caps block vision too. You used to see Hart wear one for a few minutes then wiz it.

The comeback was very memorable and atmospherr was booming in ssl3 and looked great on TV watching it back.
