I can see him continuing to be the model professional and shaking his hand.

I would love to see none of our players shaking his hand, but I doubt that will happen.

It would be perhaps putting unfair pressure on the English internationals. We should make Bridge skipper for the day, then he gets 2 chances to snub Terry!
