Should Hughes get some credit?

yes, a smidgeon

i'm not sure if we'd have won anything under hughes, but he did okay as a transition manager.

might seem small things but he signed VK, NDJ, Zabba, Bellamy and kept Micah whilst having to deal with some players we weren't ready for or who weren't good enough like robbie, elano, dunnie monster (a huge decision), ireland

i thought we treated him shockingly at the time, but thats part and parcel of the job for managers, so not too much pity. (i also liked mancini straight away btw).

have to say i'm loving mancini big time. he's recognized what he was left with, then managed and added to it brilliantly.

No, no - Nigel & Vincent does not offset RSC & the selling of Elano. We live in the here and now.

mark who`s???

sorry but i like to look forward, looking back isn`t in the man city mantra now,it`s upwards, onwards and getting this first cup on the board is just the beginning.

forza mancini....

Bit harsh on MH, he genuinely tried his best in his short stint here, yes it wasn't good enough I accept, but I really can't see why he seems to be public enemy number one.

Still, it's all in the past now.......
