I think it would be best if Bobby stay away from the media / press conferences at least until January . Of recent he has been under a lot of pressure and we all know Mancini + Pressure = Not so good statements / reactions.

"If you are a top player, it is not important what system you use,"
its not important what formation you use , seriously ?

"If you don't understand that, then you are not a top player and you cannot play for a top club. I understand what people are writing but we work every day here on tactical situations. We didn't concede when we changed the system [to three at the back] we conceded a third because of a stupid mistake in a one-versus-one."
Everyone knows it was when we switched to 3-5-2 that the 3rd goal came in . Also making reference to the "stupid " one on one mistake is just low , he is taking a dig at Richards as Richards was the one up against Eriksen.

"With this system (3-5-2)we have got a result every time,"
Really? Since when ?

"Maybe Micah doesn't know this because he has been out for two and a half months. He has probably worked on it less than other players but the next time we play this system Micah can stay on the bench and we will use another player who understands the system."
Once again taking a dig at Richards probably because of Richards speaking against the
3-5-2 formation

Mancini vehemently denied this had anything to do with the appointment of Angelo Gregucci as the club's new coach.
"Stop, stop, stop," he interrupted when the subject was brought up.

"In two months, he has never worked with the defenders. Maybe for a day because we haven't had the time and we have had a lot of injured players," he said before being asked if he knew his best defence? "At the moment we don't have a best defence."

Clearly this Gregucci guy has affected the defense - In a negative way YET bobby doesn't see it , so where is the problem coming : The players , This gregucci guy or Has Mancini lost the plot .

After the RM game he went at it with Hart , Recently Bobby took Lescott out of the Ajax game and his disgust at Lescott's performance (a very poor performance if i may add) was glaring and then after the game Bobby said he thought the team lacked proper preparations , some minutes later Lescott countered him saying the team prepared very well ....Clearly there's some tension between this two and now bobby's taking a dig at Richards ! The players are humans and they have their expectations as well as flaws , Richards probably felt this formation cost us the game and he wasn't happy about that besides its not like he openly criticized Mancini so there's no need to attack Richards in public, This are issues that should be handled behind closed doors , He can put a strict rule that stops the team from talking to the media or something like that . IMO This whole drama looks like a sign of losing the dressing room . Someone in his PR department had better tell him to stop talking to the media for now until the pressure on him eases up a little , Mou did it last season and it ended up easing the pressure not just on him but on the whole RM team and they won the La liga title .

If allowed, Mancini should just defer media responsibilities to David Platt.

He's concise, articulate & rarely loses control.

Ffs, he's absolutely right.. Top players should be capable of playing in all systems, formation, however and wherever the manager wanted. Players who are unable to adapt to the manager tactical alterations cannot play for a top team!!!

Micah should have kept his mouth shut, it doesn't look good for Micah not Mancini.
He has shown he still has a lot to learn and hard work to established himself as a top international defender!! the performance against Sunderland and Ajax shows some of our player aren't top and waaay overrated by a lot of people on here

Mabye we should just fucking delete are accounts on this forum since there are so many cunts out there just waiting to fuck it up for us.

Mancini ha a great presser, u all need to shut te fuck up

Mancini ignoring the media is only going to cause more speculation. Just stop changing the formation and everything will be fine in a week. Changing formations so frequently doesn't have many advantages when you are playing against elite opponents that can adapt quickly.

I couldn't give a flying fuck what he says to the media, matter of fact, as soon as the final whistle is blown, I'm done.

Those quotes are an embarrassment. Mancini putting his ego before the good of the club once again.

Yes he should and put the enforcer Patrick Viera to answer the media he played some brilliant mind games with Bacon face last season.
