Should titles prior to Financial Fair Play count?

Just thinking that if Financial Fair Play is necessary to make things fair then prior to 2012 titles won can be considered have been under unfair conditions.

So all titles only count since 2012?

I quite like the idea of this for when some bin dipper / rag gets gobby after a shandy or two (which they do)
Also, not being picky at all....I would put Chelsea above Liverpool on the list just to piss the bin dippers off a little more (you can justify it using alphabetical order ;-))
