Here's the plan,
  • 1. We take an unassailable lead to the second leg, say 4-0.
    2. The Bindippers slaughter the rags on Saturday.
    3. We get a result at Chelski on Sunday.
    4. Rags get no more points this season.
    5. Everton knock them out of the Cup.
6. Fergiescum claims that because the Carling Cup is the most difficult to win, that was his priority from the outset of the season.
7. City triumph against Hamburg in UEFA Cup Final.
8. Fergiescum throws himself off the CIS building (Ronaldo keeps him company)
9. The future surely is Blue !!!!

Here endeth the reading !!!!

Sounds like a plan :-)

A-men

We should go for it against chelsea, we need every point we can get for the premiership, plus I've paid nearly £50 quid for the ticket

Don't worry though, only reason I could see us not playing a strong side against Chelsea is if there are slight injuries to some players (not sure if Robinho is 100% yet for example) or if Aalborg beat us tonight, in which case I reckon MH might rest a couple of players sunday, but I still doubt it.

spooky I've had that dream !

we have to play a strong team both games, we cant have a pop at spurs/villa then do the same thing can we? not that i expect much from the chelsea game but teams have proved you can go there and play this season. the sort of performance against liverpool at the bridge and we have a fighting chance. Even more so that 7th place will be up for grabs as the last 4 teams left in the fa cup will have already qualified for europe presuming arsenal win there game.

Same here, £94 on two tickets!!

Playing the reserves would be suicide, playing the same players that couldn't beat Brighton and Forest would get beat by double figures against Chelsea, we've not got the best squad outside the first 11 (bar the injured players) so this I'm afraid is a stupid idea.

listen mate if we did that, it might just give them
a chance wouldn't it?? and we wouldn't want to
do that would we ???

As we are playing allborg which is more important should we play a virtual reserve side against Chelsea in the match between the two legs. We would probably get beat anyway with our first 11 so why risk injuries to key players and chance going out of the urfa cup. My line up for Chelsea would be
Hart
Logan berti ball garrido
Weiss fernandes elano vassell
evans bojinov

Something along those lines anyway

If we played that team away at chelsea, monday morning you won't wanna leave the house, that's all i'm gonna say.
