Shouldn’t all teams give a guard of honour until the end of the season?

I think it’s a bit naff tbh. If it’s going to be done at all let it be the last match of the season, certainly not every bleeding game.

Yeah it is normal, a team wins the league and every fixture after is greeted with a guard of honour. It is all down to the team if they do so or not but I don't get the negativity about it in this thread. That's coming from me

No I find it all a bit tacky, sure it was nice the first time but to have another 3 seems excessive.

City should refuse it - it was always just about Ferguson getting attention and bit pathetic.

The first guard of honour I remember was by Southampton after we won the old second division in 1966. Why anyone should not enjoy us being recognised for what we have achieved is beyond me. Take it all in. It is not guaranteed to happen every year.
