Just bumping this in case anyone's crazy enough to leave the comfort of their home tonight when the BBC are predicting an 81% chance of light rain shower.

This is nothing to do with any concerns about United fans infiltrating it. It would be classed as an illegal gathering under the Coronavirus Regulations. Other fans have been slated for ignoring those regulations when celebrating (Liverpool, Rangers) why should we be any different? It's personal choice to go, just as it's personal choice to break the speed limit but it doesn't make it right.

Reminds me of when we played them away in the league cup the other year and people were panicking on here about how City fans had got tickets everywhere and it was going to be mayhem with blues getting picked off and filled in all over the ground. Don't think I have been to a tamer derby

My favourite answer I gave was to a young lad in Lidle in Stockport not long after it had happened & both arms were in slings. When he asked, I told him I’d lost my job, when he asked what I did, told him I used to be a stunt man, then just walked off ;)
