This thread reminds me of when my lads were small and we sat in the family stand.
The guy behind us hated Dzeko with a passion and called him incessantly. Can't remember which game it was, but Dzeko was brought on as sub when we were struggling only to be met with a stream of invective from our friend behind.
So my son and I stood up and applauded his introduction just by way of showing we disagreed. He leaned forward and asked what we saw in Dzeko. I told him "he's a footballer's footballer" to which he replied "listen, i've forgotten more about football than you two will ever know"
30 seconds later Dzeko scored and my son and I turned as one and laughed and pointed. The bugger was sat there refusing to celebrate. He was a nice bloke really but had the sort of irrational hatred of Dzeko some people reserve for players who don't really deserve it. Kolarov is a current example.

Yesterday got a bit daft with Shauny Wright songs and Balotelli songs, I know many on the pitch yesterday are gone but when we don't make a great atmosphere as it is, a small minority, who are meant to be championing a better atmosphere, are not helping by singing random songs about our ex players which isn't going to help.

Not scared at all. Just got a very short fuse.
If only someone had posted on here the seat numbers to avoid when me & my son relocated last summer I would have got better value for my £1100.
