We are heading for a recession and it's getting very hard for businesses to make a profit.
People just dont want to work anymore. It's too easy to phone in sick rather than graft. The answer to me is to stop sick pay to those that have self inflicted 'injuries'. It would stop them lounging around doing fuck all for 6 weeks, aside from learning the guitar that is.
