AC Milan are 'very close' to completing a £12.5m deal for CSKA Moscow 's Japan World Cup star Keisuke Honda. Shall we gazumped the deal?

We will have exposure in the Land of Rising Sun.
What a Global following we will have if we sign Donavon too.




Honda is a highly rated WC Player*. Can replace our aging squad member such as Bellamy. Has a Lethal Left foot. A Japanese Blueshirt!


His acquisition will be sound from a business POV & brand us Globally. Will pump lots of money into local ailing economy with his draw of overseas Japanese Tourists & fans.

How can we argue against that?

This 24 year old Japanese Player has garnered worldwide attention & admiration with football cognoscenti not only for his superb WC performances (2 WC goals) but his Russian paymasters & fans were awed with his Champions League football performances for CSKA Moscow.

Can you argue against that?

Donavon is better than any member of the England Squad.

How can you argue against his record!

A Top WC footballer at the 2010 WC tourney.

He is EPL proven. Voted Top Player at Everton during his short stint there.

Why do we need to sign overpriced Players from our rivals who in return use our money to buy to strengthen & finance their teams. Did we weaken them (Everton & Villa?). Or buy crocked players!

Buy Players to sterngthen our squad & from a Strategic & Business POV.


If we sign one Top WC Player (Honda is) from Asia
& One from North America (Donavon is) we will definitely be a Global Brand!
Both are Attacking Midfielders (with a repertoire of kicks and crossing abilities & can score too!)

And we can keep our homegrown boys (Ireland, SWP etc.) without strengthening our rivals (Spurs, Villa, Everton etc.)

This will also mitigate the amount of hate coming from our rivals & media.

LOL. Everton takes the cake regarding our over the top payment for Lescott with Gollum laughing & gaming us at the end of the day!
